How deposits and payments made directly to us are refunded, published in advance.

No payment is taken on this website. Since nothing is charged here, nothing sent through this page can need a refund. What follows covers money paid to us later, directly, and is published ahead of time so the rules are known first.
Where a deposit is paid to secure an order or a booking, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin the work. We issue the refund within 10 business days of the written request, to the same account the payment came from.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, for any reason attributable to us, every amount you paid is returned in full, with no deduction and no administrative fee.
If you cancel after we have started, we refund what has not yet been committed to materials or labour, and we set out the deduction in writing, itemised, before the refund is issued.
Send the order reference to contact@artemosferacomerciusa.online. Receipt is confirmed the same business day, with the date the refund will be paid.
